The Nature Conservancy seeks a Dugdown Conservation Manager to develop, manage, and advance strategies to protect, restore and maintain the mountain longleaf pine ecosystem and its associated habitat types within the Dugdown Corridor, which stretches from Paulding and Sheffield Wildlife Management Areas in northwest Georgia westward to the Talladega National Forest in northeast Alabama.

Senior Forester

The Watershed Research and Training Center is seeking a Senior Forester to “provide broad support to various projects within the scope of the Watershed Center’s Forestry and Fuels Program with a focus on planning and administering complex forestry and hazardous fuels reduction projects on public and private lands including prioritization, unit delineation, environmental compliance (NEPA, CEQA, CA Forest Practice Act), layout and implementation support.”
