This position is responsible for or leading field operations of the fire management program on LAD Foundation lands, with a primary focus on achieving ecological restoration outcomes through prescribed fire. This position plays a key role in implementing natural resource management strategies and contributes to broader conservation initiatives across Pioneer Forest and other LAD properties.
Fire and Stewardship Crew Member
The Fire and Stewardship Crew Member (FSCM) will assist in ecological stewardship practices such as woody encroachment reduction, invasive species control, and other preserve maintenance tasks. The FSCM will participate in prescribed fire operations which include ignition, control, post ignition operations, suppression, monitoring, and other tasks as assigned.

This FSCL will assist in and may guide a team conducting ecological stewardship practices such as woody encroachment reduction, invasive species control, and other preserve maintenance tasks.
