M-410: Facilitative Instruction
This training course is designed to help students become effective facilitative instructors. The purpose of this course is to improve training delivery and quality by presenting instructional methods with an emphasis on student-oriented adult training techniques.

Course Hours: 40 hours (30 hours self-paced / 10 hours live/online)

The Student of Fire Initiative at the University of Idaho is offering 4 workshops this Spring: S-290, M-410, RX-310, and S -215. All courses are administered online through the Wildland Fire Learning Portal. Their online training is robust and engaging, but they recognize that online training is not for everyone. If you do not learn well online, you are encouraged to seek out in-person courses.
