This training will not only focus on the safe operation of drones during ignition but also on their effective use in conservation. By the end of the training, you will be part of a working group that identifies the need for real-time areal imaging and works towards using technology to create safer and more efficient conservation tools in the field.
The Drones in Conservation TREX is a unique opportunity to work with leading conservation agencies and organizations. It is based in Southwestern Arkansas at the Grandview Prairie Conservation Education (GVPCE) Center lodging facility. The Nature Conservancy hosts this training, which is organized in partnership with various conservation agencies and organizations.
