We had a wonderful week in Santa Fe, New Mexico with 470 attendees at the 4th Southwest Fire Ecology Conference! With 250 presentations and an amazing set of plenaries, workshops, field trips, and discussion groups, we brought the theme of "The Southwest Fire Science Journey: Lessons from the Rearview, New and Unfamiliar Routes, and Promising Horizons" to life.
