Program Manager
The Willamette Valley Fire Collaboration (WVFC) Program is hiring a Program Manager to oversee the WVFC team in carrying out cultural and prescribed burning activities in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and surrounding areas. The position will lead and expand a four-person team consisting of a Fire Manager, Fire Project Manager, and Operations and Outreach Coordinator who work collectively to uplift Indigenous voices, values, and priorities in cultural and prescribed fire. The position will require experience working with Tribes and Indigenous communities, working independently and on teams, self-motivation, positive attitude and mindset, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Fire Manager
The Willamette Valley Fire Collaboration (WVFC) Program is hiring a Fire Manager to lead cultural and prescribed fire initiatives in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and surrounding areas. The position will work closely with a four-person team consisting of the Program Manager, Project Manager, and Operations and Outreach Coordinator who work collectively to uplift Indigenous voices, values, and priorities in cultural and prescribed fire. The Fire Manager will supervise the Fire Project Manager. This position will require a working knowledge of prescribed fire, working independently and on teams, self-motivation, positive attitude and mindset, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
