The Nature Conservancy has two positions open in the Oregon Chapter to support thier growing fire program. These positions will play a critical role in support of the Oregon Dry Forest and Fire Strategy, and in meeting ecological fire objectives on TNC and partner lands. Both positions are supported by funding available through a Keystone Agreement with the United States Forest Service focused on workforce development and prescribed fire implementation.
The two positions are:

Oregon Prescribed Fire Operations Coordinator – This 5-year term position will play a crucial role in supporting the Oregon Fire Program’s operations by providing administrative, logistical, and technical support to fire program staff.
