Sustaining Biodiversity in Sandplain Grasslands Conference

NAFSE is excited to be collaborating with the Sandplain Grassland Network in co-hosting their annual conference. This year’s event, Sustaining Biodiversity in Sandplain Grasslands, will be hosted December 4th, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. via Zoom. The conference is free and open to anyone interested in learning how to best manage and protect these globally rare ecosystems of the northeastern Atlantic coastal plain.

They are currently seeking presenters for both 15 minute and 5 minute lightning talks. If you are interested in submitting a presentation proposal, please email Polly@forestguild.org with Presentation Title and Length (15 min or 5 min lightning talk) and short summary of your presentation (2-3 sentences) no later than October 23rd. Agenda will be finalized and distributed shortly thereafter.
